Terms of Service

1. The service

EquiSphere is a private yard management workspace: it stores the records you and your team create about horses, care, schedules, facilities and yard finances, and shares them with the people you invite. The service is provided by the EquiSphere team (“we”, “us”).

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

3. Your data

The records you store in EquiSphere belong to you and your yard. We host them so the service can work; we do not sell them or use them for advertising. You can ask us to delete your account and its records at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to store unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to breach the security or availability of the platform, or to access records of yards you have not been invited to.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time; access to paid features continues to the end of the paid period. Prices shown on our pricing page may change with notice for future billing periods.

6. Service availability

We work to keep EquiSphere available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Changes and contact

If we make material changes to these terms we will announce them in the app before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@tunet.xyz.
