Can we move up and down?
Any time, both directions. Your records don't change — only the limits do.
What if we grow out of the free plan?
Nothing gets deleted and nothing gets locked. Free covers five horses; the sixth asks you to move up to Yard, and everything you've written stays exactly as it is.
Do owners pay for their own login?
No. Owner logins are included on every paid plan. Each owner sees their horses, their updates and their invoices, and it costs you nothing extra.
Who can see our records?
Only the people you invite, and only their part of it. Owners see their own horses. The vet sees his visits. Board rates and other people's bills stay with you.
Can we take our records and leave?
Yes, and you don't have to explain why. Ask and we'll send you the lot — records and documents, readable without us. A yard's history should outlive whatever software is holding it.
