Can we move up and down?
Yes, in either direction and at any time. Your records stay exactly where they are; only your plan limits change.
What if we grow out of the free plan?
Nothing disappears and your existing records stay available. The free plan covers five horses; when you add a sixth, EquiSphere asks you to move to Yard.
Do owners pay for their own login?
No. Owner access is included with every paid plan. Each owner sees only their horses, updates, and invoices, with no charge per login.
Who can see our records?
Only the people you invite, and only the part they need. Owners see their horses. Providers see their work. Board rates and other people's bills stay private.
Can we take our records and leave?
Yes. You can export your records and documents in a form you can read without EquiSphere. The yard's history belongs to you, even if you leave.
